Senior Care Solutions - (Booking Fee applies $200 @35 an hour)

As a Senior Solutions Manager, I offer a range of services to help seniors enhance their well-being and quality of life. My services include:

Health Promotion: I work with their medical team and caregivers to ensure they receive optimal health care and disease management. I also teach them how to protect or improve their cognitive function by staying physically and mentally active.

Aging in Place: I enable them to remain in their homes as long as they desire, by providing or coordinating various services and technologies that can simplify and secure their daily living. For instance, I assist them with personal care, housekeeping, food delivery, transportation, and home health care. I also prepare nutritious meals that suit their health condition and wellness goals.

Senior Living: Sometimes, staying at home is not the best choice for seniors. They may require more care or support, or they may seek more social engagement and enjoyment. In that case, I can help them find and relocate to a community that matches their needs and preferences. There may be situations when they need to go to a rehabilitation center and need support. I visit them daily and keep them company. I help them with daily activities and keep them positive and motivated. There are various types of senior living communities, from independent living to assisted living to memory care. I collaborate with these facilities to provide the support needed for my senior clients. I partner with them and ensure their shopping and living environment are at their best.
